Description
PPM-85 periclase powder is a refractory powdered material based on periclase with a magnesium oxide content of at least 85%, designed for use in refractory mixtures and compounds operated in high temperatures and aggressive metallurgical environments. The material is characterised by stable quality, uniform structure and reliable performance characteristics.
PPM-85 powder is used as a raw material component in the production of dry refractory mixtures, ramming and repair masses, as well as unshaped refractory materials. Optimal dispersibility ensures convenient dosing, good compactability and stability of the properties of finished refractories. Thanks to its balanced chemical composition, PPM-85 powder demonstrates good thermal stability, resistance to temperature shocks and reliable operation of linings in metallurgical units.
