Description
Perlicor Premium is a dry thermal insulation mixture based on expanded perlite with the use of high-quality mineral binders and functional additives. After mixing with water, it forms a lightweight thermal insulation solution with low thermal conductivity and high adhesion to metal and mineral substrates.
Purpose and scope of application
Perlicor Premium thermal insulation dry mixture is designed for thermal insulation work in thermal units and industrial equipment operating at high temperatures.
It is used for:
- thermal insulation of boilers, furnaces, chimneys;
- thermal insulation of pipelines and flues;
- filling cavities and inter-wall spaces;
- application to vertical and horizontal surfaces;
- use in the energy, metallurgy, cement and chemical industries.
Preparation and application
- Dissolve the dry mixture with clean water until a plastic homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Mix mechanically (using a mixer or concrete mixer).
- Apply with a trowel, trowel or by throwing.
- The thickness of one layer is up to 50 mm (apply in several layers if necessary).
- Interlayer drying time is at least 12 hours.
Operating conditions:
- Application temperature: from +5 °C.
- Full strength: 24-48 hours
- Drying before commissioning: gradual warming.
Packaging and storage:
- Mini-bags: 20-25 kg
- Big bags: up to 1000 kg
- Shelf life: 12 months
- Store in a dry, closed room
Safety precautions:
Work with the use of personal protective equipment: gloves, respirator, safety glasses. Avoid dust getting into the respiratory system and eyes.
