DZNS Refractory 1300

DZNS Refractory 1300 is a high-temperature refractory concrete in the form of a dry packaged mixture designed for operation under intense thermal loads up to 1300 °C. The material provides high thermal stability, mechanical strength and stability of the lining during long-term operation.

Temperature resistance:

• Maximum operating temperature: up to 1300 °C
• Recommended operating temperature: up to 1200 °C

Scope of application:

Used for:

• Lining of industrial furnaces;
• Furnace and fireplace chambers;
• Areas with increased thermal loads;
• Periodic and semi-continuous thermal units;
• Repair work in industrial thermal installations.

Recommendations for use:

1. Mix with clean water until a homogeneous plastic mass is obtained;
2. Apply to a prepared, clean substrate;
3. Avoid rapid drying after application;
4. Perform the first heating gradually, with a step-by-step increase in temperature;
