DZNS Refractory 1400

DZNS Refractory 1400 is a high-temperature refractory concrete in the form of a dry packaged mixture, designed for use in conditions of very high temperatures and thermal loads up to 1400 °C. The material is designed for critical areas of thermal units where increased heat resistance, strength and stability of the lining are required.

• Recommended operating temperature: up to 1300 °C

Scope of application:

Used for:

• lining of high-temperature industrial furnaces;
• furnace and fireplace chambers with intense heating;
• areas of direct thermal exposure;
• thermal and firing units;
• periodic and continuous thermal installations;
• repair and restoration work in industrial furnaces.

Recommendations for use:

1. Mix with clean water until a homogeneous plastic mass is obtained;
2. Apply to a dry, clean and prepared surface;
3. Avoid rapid drying after application;
4. Perform the first heating gradually, with a step-by-step increase in temperature.
