Description
PEP-87 periclase powder is a refractory powder material based on periclase with a high magnesium oxide content, designed for use in the metallurgical and refractory industries. The material is designed to operate in high-temperature and intense chemical environments where stability and high reliability are required.
PEPE-87 powder is used as a base component in the production of refractory mixtures, dry masses, moulded and unmoulded products. The homogeneous particle size distribution ensures uniform distribution of the material in mixtures, good processability during processing and stable characteristics of the finished refractories.
Due to the optimal ratio of magnesium oxide and impurity components, PPE-87 powder demonstrates high slag resistance, resistance to temperature changes and a long service life in the working areas of metallurgical units.
