Description
BASIC is a dry cementitious adhesive mixture for indoor ceramic tile installation. It is designed for reliable fixing of small and medium-sized tiles on mineral substrates. The adhesive is characterised by stable adhesion, convenient plasticity and ease of use, making it the optimal solution for residential and commercial premises.
Scope of application:
- Ceramic tiles;
- Walls and floors;
- Interior work;
- Concrete;
- Cement-sand plasters;
- Cement screeds.
Not recommended for porcelain stoneware, underfloor heating, balconies, terraces and exterior work.
Material base:
- Portland cement;
- Quartz sand of fractional structure;
- Polymer modifiers;
- Functional additives.
Method of preparation:
- Pour the required amount of water into a clean container;
- Add the dry mixture;
- Mix with a mixer at low speed until smooth;
- Leave for 5 minutes and mix again.
Application method:
- Apply the adhesive to the base with a notched trowel;
- Press the tile onto the surface with a slight shift;
- Position can be adjusted during the open time;
- Do not moisten the tiles before laying.
Storage conditions:
- Store in a dry place
