CERAMO BASE M – warm interior plaster for machine application

CERAMO BASE M is a dry mineral plaster mix in white for machine-applied interior wall plastering. It is made from expanded perlite, ground ceramics and hydrated lime, with the addition of polypropylene fibre and special rheological additives that ensure stable delivery through plastering stations. The plaster has high vapour permeability, improves the thermal properties of walls and forms a strong, even surface, ready for painting or applying a finishing coat.

• Water: 0.48-0.52 l/1 kg
• Consistency: plastic, not liquid
• Open time: up to 2 hours
• Suitable for: PFT G4, PFT Ritmo, similar machines.

Technical points (IMPORTANT)

• Do not add cement
• Do not add more water ‘to make it easier’
• Do not apply >30 mm in one pass
• Moisten the base
• Work at +5…+25 °C
• After application – light moistening for 1 day
