DZNS Refractory 1100

DZNS Refractory 1100 is a refractory concrete in the form of a dry packaged mixture designed for masonry and repair work in thermal units with operating temperatures up to 1100 °C. The material provides high strength, geometric stability and durability under thermal loads.

Temperature resistance:

• Maximum operating temperature: up to 1100 °C
• Recommended operating temperature: up to 1000 °C

Scope of application

Used for:

• Lining of furnaces and fireboxes;
• Heat chambers;
• Chimneys;
• Heat generators;
• Industrial and domestic heating units;
• Repair work in existing thermal installations.

Recommendations for use:

1. Mix with clean water until a plastic homogeneous mass is obtained;
2. Apply to a prepared, clean surface
3. Avoid rapid drying at the initial stage of hardening;
4. Perform the first heating gradually.
