DZNS Refractory 1200

DZNS Refractory 1200 is a refractory concrete in the form of a dry packaged mixture designed to operate under elevated temperature loads of up to 1200 °C. The material ensures stability, strength and durability of the lining of thermal units under intense thermal stress.

Temperature resistance

• Maximum operating temperature: up to 1200 °C
• Recommended operating temperature: up to 1100 °C

Scope of application

Used for:

• Lining of furnaces and combustion chambers;
• Fireplaces and industrial furnaces;
• Chimneys with high thermal loads;
• Periodic thermal units;
• Repair and restoration work in industrial furnaces.

• Refractory mineral filler;
• Heat-resistant mineral binder;
• Special additives to increase heat resistance and strength.

Recommendations for use:

1. Mix with clean water until a plastic mass is obtained;
2. Apply to a dry, clean surface;
3. Avoid rapid drying after application;
4. Perform the first heating gradually.
