DZNS Refractory 1500

DZNS Refractory 1500 is a high-temperature refractory concrete in the form of a dry packaged mixture, designed for use in extreme temperature conditions up to 1500 °C. The material is designed for critical industrial areas where maximum heat resistance, mechanical strength and long-term stability of the lining are required.

Recommendations for use

1. Mix with clean water until a homogeneous plastic mass is obtained;
2. Apply to a thoroughly prepared base;
3. Avoid rapid drying after application;
4. Perform the first heating in stages, with a slow increase in temperature.
