DZNS Refractory 1600

DZNS Refractory 1600 is an ultra-high-temperature refractory concrete in the form of a dry packaged mixture, designed for use in conditions of extreme temperature and thermomechanical loads up to 1600 °C. The material is designed for lining the most critical areas of industrial thermal units where standard refractory materials no longer work.

Recommendations for use

1. Mix with clean water until a homogeneous plastic mass is obtained;
2. Apply to a thoroughly prepared and cleaned base;
3. Avoid rapid drying after application;
4. Perform the first heating in stages, with a slow and controlled increase in temperature;
