DZNS Refractory Chem 1400

High-temperature refractory concrete for aggressive environments. DZNS Refractory Chem 1400 is a high-temperature refractory concrete in the form of a dry packaged mixture, designed for use in aggressive chemical environments at temperatures up to 1400 °C. The material is designed for stable operation in acidic and alkaline environments, chemically active gases, aggressive condensate and intense thermal loads, where standard refractory materials quickly lose their properties.

• Maximum operating temperature: up to 1400 °C
• Recommended operating temperature: up to 1300 °C

Recommendations for use:

4. Perform the first heating in stages, with a controlled temperature increase.
