DZNS Refractory Oil 1300

DZNS Refractory Oil 1300 is a specialised high-temperature refractory concrete in the form of a dry packaged mixture, designed for hot and critical areas of oil extraction plants with operating temperatures up to 1300 °C. The material is adapted to conditions of contact with vegetable oils (in particular sunflower oil), organic vapours, high temperatures and intense thermal cycles characteristic of oil extraction plants.

• Recommended operating temperature: up to 1200 °C

Scope of application (oil extraction plants)

Used for:

• Lining of high-temperature thermal units of oil extraction plants;
• Drying chambers and heat generators;
• Areas of intense thermal impact;
• Gas ducts and chimneys with increased load;
• Heating chambers and thermal compartments;
• Repair and restoration work at operating enterprises.

Recommendations for use

1. Mix with clean water until a homogeneous plastic mass is obtained:
2. Apply to a clean and degreased surface;
3. Avoid rapid drying after application;
4. Perform the first heating in stages, with a gradual increase in temperature.
