Description
High-temperature refractory concrete for oil extraction plants. DZNS Refractory Oil 1500 is a specialised high-temperature refractory concrete in the form of a dry packaged mixture, designed for the most heavily loaded and extreme areas of oil extraction plants with operating temperatures up to 1500 °C. The material is designed for stable operation in conditions of high temperatures, contact with vegetable oils (in particular sunflower oil), organic vapours, intense thermal cycles and aggressive production environments.

- Recommended operating temperature: up to 1400 °C
Scope of application (oil extraction plants):
Used for:
- Lining of extremely high-temperature thermal units of oil extraction plants;
- Furnace chambers and areas of direct thermal impact;
- Drying units with high thermal load;
- Heat generators and firing chambers;
- Gas ducts and chimneys with aggressive environments;
- Critical areas of continuously operating equipment.

Recommendations for use
- Mix with clean water until a homogeneous plastic mass is obtained;
- Apply to a thoroughly cleaned and degreased surface;
- Avoid rapid drying after application;
- Perform the first heating in stages, with a controlled increase in temperature.
