DZNS Refractory Sugar 1300

DZNS Refractory Sugar 1300 is a specialised high-temperature refractory concrete in the form of a dry packaged mixture, developed specifically for sugar factory equipment operating at temperatures up to 1300 °C. The material is adapted to the conditions of high humidity, steam, temperature fluctuations and chemically active production environment typical for the sugar industry.

• Maximum operating temperature: up to 1300 °C
• Recommended operating temperature: up to 1200 °C

Scope of application (sugar production)

Used for:

• Lining high-temperature areas of thermal units in sugar factories;
• Drying units and heat generators;
• Heating and firing chambers;
• Chimneys and flues with increased thermal load;
• Areas with intense heat and steam exposure;
• Repair and restoration work in operating sugar factories.
