Description
DZNS Refractory Sugar 1300 is a specialised high-temperature refractory concrete in the form of a dry packaged mixture, developed specifically for sugar factory equipment operating at temperatures up to 1300 °C. The material is adapted to the conditions of high humidity, steam, temperature fluctuations and chemically active production environment typical for the sugar industry.

- Maximum operating temperature: up to 1300 °C
- Recommended operating temperature: up to 1200 °C
Scope of application (sugar production)
Used for:
- Lining high-temperature areas of thermal units in sugar factories;
- Drying units and heat generators;
- Heating and firing chambers;
- Chimneys and flues with increased thermal load;
- Areas with intense heat and steam exposure;
- Repair and restoration work in operating sugar factories.
