Description
PMS-4 perclazite-lime powder is a refractory powdered material based on perclazite with the addition of a lime component, designed for use in refractory mixtures and masses operating in high temperatures and under the influence of basic slags. The material combines good thermal stability, stable chemical composition and high technological properties during use.
PMS-4 powder is widely used in the production of dry refractory mixtures, ramming, repair and shotcrete masses, as well as in the manufacture of unshaped refractory materials. The lime component improves sintering and promotes the formation of a dense and stable refractory structure.
Thanks to its balanced composition, PMS-4 lime-clay powder ensures reliable operation of metallurgical refractories, resistant to high temperatures and basic metallurgical melts.
Scope of application
- production of refractory dry mixes and masses
- rammed and repair refractories
- shotcrete masses
- lining of steelmaking and electric arc furnaces
