Description
PPIM-78 perclazite-lime powder is a refractory powdered material based on perclazite with the addition of a lime component, designed for use in refractory mixtures and masses operated at high temperatures and under the influence of basic metallurgical slags. The material is characterised by stable chemical composition, good processability and reliable operational properties.
PPIM-78 powder is used in the production of dry refractory mixtures, ramming and repair masses, as well as unshaped refractory materials. The presence of a lime component contributes to improved sintering and the formation of a dense lining structure, which increases its stability during operation.
Thanks to the balanced ratio of MgO and CaO, PPIM-78 magnesia-lime powder ensures stable operation of linings under conditions of temperature fluctuations and exposure to basic melts.
